Perkie respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how Sell2Cell Limited trading as Perkie (“Perkie”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information when you use our websites, apps, and services.

Depending on how you use Perkie, we may collect:
- Identity Data: first name, last name, username, display name, date of birth (if provided).
- Contact Data: email address, mobile phone number, and communication preferences.
- Account Data: login details, account settings, referral relationships, and verification status.
- Platform Activity Data: points activity, rewards, redemptions, competition entries, referral actions, and engagement history.
- Find Perkie Data: submitted photos, timestamp, and location data where permissions are granted.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser/device type, operating system, session and usage logs, and similar analytics/security data.
- Business User Data: business profile data, offer content, and platform administration activity.
- Receipt Information: receipt images and purchase details when you upload a receipt for Perkie Spend. See Receipt Information below.
We do not intentionally collect more information than required to deliver and secure the Platform.
Receipt Information
When you choose to upload a receipt to Perkie, you authorise us to process information contained on that receipt.
This may include:
- merchant or business name
- purchase date and time
- items purchased
- quantities
- total spend
- discounts or promotions
- payment method (excluding full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials)
- store location where available
We use this information to:
- verify eligible purchases
- calculate and award Perkie Points
- detect fraudulent or duplicate claims
- improve the Perkie platform
- understand member preferences and purchasing trends
- personalise recommendations and offers
- identify businesses that may be relevant for inclusion on Perkie
We may aggregate and anonymise receipt information for reporting and analytics. Aggregated information does not identify individual members.
We never use your receipt to contact businesses on your behalf or share your personal shopping history with them.

- Directly from you when you register, verify contact details, use competitions, submit forms, upload content, or contact us.
- Automatically through your interactions with the Platform, including logs, cookies, and similar technologies.
- From third-party providers where relevant (for example social login providers, analytics providers, fraud-prevention and infrastructure services).

We use personal information to:
- Create and manage your account and member profile.
- Operate points, rewards, referrals, and competitions.
- Verify account actions (for example via email or SMS).
