User data deletion

Option 1: Delete your account in Perkie

If you have a member account, you can delete it yourself (this removes your account and associated personal data subject to our retention rules):

1. Log in to Perkie.
2. Go to Settings → Profile.
3. Open the account deletion section and follow the steps (you will need to confirm with your password).

Option 2: Email us

Send an email from the address associated with your account to:

Use the subject line “Data deletion request”. Include the email address and, if you use one, the mobile number linked to your Perkie account so we can verify your identity. We will confirm when your request has been processed.

Facebook, Instagram, and Meta

If you signed up or logged in with Facebook or Instagram (Meta), you can also start deletion through Meta’s own data deletion or app settings flows where available. Meta may notify us; we will then delete your Perkie account and associated personal data as described on this page and in our Privacy Policy.

What we delete

We remove your member profile, contact details, points and activity tied to you, competition entries, referral links, and other personal data we hold about you as a consumer, unless we must keep something for a legal, security, or dispute purpose.

Some information may be retained in anonymised or aggregated form where it no longer identifies you, or where the law requires retention (for example certain transaction or tax records).

Business accounts

If you listed a business on Perkie and need business-related data removed, email us at the address above with “Business data deletion” in the subject and the business name and email on the listing. We will guide you through verification and next steps.
