Perkie's Daily Draw (Prezzee)

1. Promoter

Perkie's Daily Draw (“Promotion”) is operated by Sell2Cell Limited trading as Perkie (“Perkie”, “we”, “us”, “our”), New Zealand. The draw awards Prezzee digital gift cards in NZD, as published on the competition page.

2. Promotion period

2.1 The Promotion began when it was first published as an active competition on the Perkie platform.

2.2 The final day for entry was Wednesday 3 June 2026 (New Zealand time, Pacific/Auckland). Valid entries submitted before midnight at the end of that day were counted toward the final draw for that calendar day.

2.3 No new entries were accepted from Thursday 4 June 2026 at 00:00 New Zealand time onward.

2.4 The final scheduled draw for this Promotion was for the calendar day 3 June 2026 (New Zealand time), conducted in accordance with sections 5 to 7 below.

2.5 This Promotion has ended. These terms remain published for reference.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Entry is open to individuals who:

• Are residents of New Zealand;
• Are aged 16 years or over at the time of entry;
• Hold a registered Perkie Member account in good standing.

3.2 Entrants under 18 years of age must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate.

3.3 Where Perkie requires mobile number verification for competitions, you must complete verification before your entries are accepted. Without a verified mobile number, you are not eligible to enter this Promotion.

3.4 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Perkie may be ineligible at Perkie’s discretion.

3.5 By participating, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

4. How to enter

4.0 Entry was open during the Promotion period set out in section 2. No further entries are accepted after the final entry day.

4.1 Entry was via the Perkie website using Perkie Points as shown on the competition page at the time of entry.

4.2 Each qualifying use of points for an entry is recorded against the calendar day on which it is submitted, in the display timezone shown in Perkie (for New Zealand members, that is New Zealand time, Pacific/Auckland).

4.3 From time to time, Perkie may run a one-off small Perkie Points bonus in WhatsApp when a member messages the business number with a stated keyword, subject to a daily cap and the limits shown in app or marketing. That bonus is not part of the main draw rules below unless we say so where it is advertised.

4.4 No purchase or payment is required to obtain Perkie Points beyond what is described in the Find Perkie™ Promotion Terms and the Perkie platform.

5. Draw time and process

5.1 A draw is scheduled for each calendar draw day when the draw has “activated” for that day, as set out in section 6. If a draw is not required on a day because the activation test was not met, the jackpot can still roll, as set out in section 7. Public counts on the site, where we show them, are a guide, not a guarantee if technology fails.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated on the competition page, the draw job is scheduled in New Zealand time (Pacific/Auckland) near the end of that day. The day’s pool of entries (for the calendar date in the display timezone) is the pool we use. If we describe the time in plain language, we still anchor the pool to that same calendar day.

5.3 The draw may be conducted manually or by automated process. The result is final, subject to law.

6. Draw activation, winner selection, and win frequency

6.1 “Unique entrants” for a day means the number of different members who have at least one valid entry for that day (multiple entries in one day from the same person still count as one unique entrant).

6.2 A draw is “activated” for that day if: (a) the number of unique entrants for that day is at least the platform minimum published in Perkie (by default, 30), or (b) the advertised total prize for that day has reached a “must go” or “must be awarded” value published in Perkie (by default, NZD $100).

6.3 When a draw is activated, one valid entry is selected at random as the winner, from among entries for that day that are eligible to win, including the weighting in app (each valid entry row is a chance, subject to the rules in this document). If there are no entries for the day, or a draw is not activated under 6.2, no one is selected as a winner in that sense and section 7 on rollover applies for that result.

6.4 A member who has already been published as a Perkie competition winner (for any competition on the platform) within a rolling period before the draw may be excluded as an eligible winner. Unless stated otherwise on the competition page, that period is 30 days, measured in New Zealand time (Pacific/Auckland) using Perkie’s records.

6.5 Where a winner receives the standard NZD $20 base daily slice (one unit) and the prize was not a rolled “jackpot” amount above that base at draw time, Perkie may offer a separate, optional referral challenge by email, as set out in the winner email when we run it. Only referrals who join in that window and meet verification rules count, as the invitation says.

7. Community jackpot, rollover, and must go

7.1 The “base” slice in the public UI is a NZD $20 Prezzee value; the current draw is often described as a multiple of that (for example, 3 × $20).

7.2 If a draw is not activated under section 6.2, or if there is no one who can be drawn as a winner (for example, when everyone is ineligible under the 30 day rule, or if there are no entries), the prize pool for the next run increases by a published rollover amount. By default that is another NZD $20, shown as the next “unit” in app.

7.3 If the total reaches the must go value (for example, NZD $100), a draw is activated for that day even if unique entrants are still below 30, so a winner is still chosen when there is someone eligible. After a win, the pool usually resets to the base slice for the next run, unless we state otherwise in app.

7.4 Rollover numbers and the exact minimum uniques, base slice, and cap can be set in the platform. When they differ from the default, the competition page, dashboard, and email copy take priority if there is a mismatch.

8. Prize

8.1 The prize is a Prezzee digital gift card (or equivalent digital voucher offered by Perkie) to the value of the advertised jackpot for that draw (multiples of NZD $20 as described above).

8.2 The prize is delivered by email to the address associated with the winner’s Perkie account (or as otherwise arranged with the winner). Winners must ensure contact details are accurate.

8.3 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

9. Winner notification

9.1 Winners will be notified using the contact details associated with their Perkie Member account (including SMS and/or email where applicable).

9.2 If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, or fails to comply with these terms, Perkie may redraw or forfeit the prize at Perkie’s discretion, subject to law.

10. Fair play

10.1 Perkie may disqualify entrants who breach these terms, the Find Perkie™ Promotion Terms, or who engage in fraud, abuse, multiple accounts, bots, or other manipulation.

10.2 Invalid entries may be removed from the draw.

11. Privacy

11.1 Personal information is collected to administer this Promotion and the Perkie platform.

11.2 Information is handled in accordance with Perkie’s Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of liability and changes

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perkie is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, or platform unavailability.

12.2 This Promotion ended on 3 June 2026 (New Zealand time) as set out in section 2. These terms remain available for reference.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
