Find Perkie™ Promotion

1. Promoter

The Find Perkie™ Promotion (“Promotion”) is operated by Sell2Cell Limited trading as Perkie (“Perkie”, “we”, “us”, “our”), New Zealand.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion commences at 12:00am NZDT on 21 February 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZDT on 30 April 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

All entries must be received during the Promotion Period.

The prize draw will take place on or after 30 April 2026.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Entry is open to individuals who:

• Are residents of New Zealand;
• Are aged 16 years or over at the time of entry.

3.2 Entrants under 18 years of age must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate.

3.3 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Perkie may be ineligible at Perkie’s discretion.

3.4 By participating, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

4. How to Participate – Find Perkie

4.1 During the Promotion Period, participants may use the Perkie platform to take a photograph using their mobile device incorporating Perkie’s augmented reality (“AR”) graphic to “capture” Perkie in their chosen location.

4.2 There is no single fixed location where Perkie must be found. Perkie may be captured in multiple locations during the Promotion Period.

4.3 Members may submit one (1) Find Perkie photo per day.

4.4 Participation requires registration for a free Perkie Member account.

4.5 By registering and participating, entrants acknowledge they are creating a free Perkie Member account and agree to Perkie’s general Membership Terms and Privacy Policy.

No purchase or payment is required to participate.

5. Perkie Points

5.1 Perkie Points are promotional reward points issued by Perkie to registered members.

5.2 Perkie Points:

• Have no cash value;
• Are not legal tender;
• Are not transferable;
• Cannot be exchanged for cash;
• May only be used within the Perkie platform in accordance with applicable competition or promotional rules.

5.3 Points may be earned through activities including but not limited to:

• 500 points for a member’s first valid Find Perkie photo submission;
• 100 points for each additional valid Find Perkie daily submission (maximum one submission per day);
• Bonus points may be awarded for standout/cool photo captures at Perkie’s discretion;
• 100 points for daily login (limited to one per day);
• 500 points for each successful referred friend who registers as a member;
• Additional discretionary points awarded by Perkie for platform participation, moderation assistance, promotional engagement, or other non-monetary contributions.

5.4 Perkie may vary, suspend or withdraw point-earning mechanisms at any time.

6. Competition Entries Using Points

6.1 Members may use Perkie Points to enter the Find Perkie prize draw or other competitions available on the platform.

6.2 For the Find Perkie Promotion:

• 100 Perkie Points = 1 entry into the draw.
• Maximum of 5 entries per member per day.
• Points used for entry will be deducted from the member’s account.

6.3 Entry into any competition constitutes acceptance of the specific competition terms applicable to that draw.

6.4 Entry limits are enforced to ensure fairness and to prevent misuse of the platform.

7. Prize Pool

7.1 The total prize pool for the Find Perkie Promotion is NZD $1,000, comprising Prezzee Digital Gift Cards.

7.2 Prize breakdown:

• 1 x $250 Prezzee Digital Card
• 4 x $100 Prezzee Digital Cards
• 7 x $50 Prezzee Digital Cards

7.3 Total prize pool value: $1,000 NZD.

7.4 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

7.5 Each individual may win a maximum of one (1) prize in this Promotion.

8. Prize Draw

8.1 Winners will be randomly drawn from all valid entries on or after 30 April 2026.

8.2 The draw will be conducted by Perkie or its appointed representative.

8.3 The draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.4 Winners will be notified via SMS and/or email using the contact details associated with their Perkie Member account.

8.5 If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, or fails to comply with these Terms, Perkie reserves the right to redraw the prize.

8.6 Prizes will be delivered digitally.

9. Fair Play and Disqualification

9.1 Perkie reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Breaches these Terms;
• Engages in fraudulent, misleading, automated or abusive behaviour;
• Submits inappropriate content, including nudity, hate content, racism, or unsafe/illegal activity;
• Attempts to manipulate the entry process;
• Uses multiple accounts or false identities.

9.2 Perkie may audit member accounts and point allocations at any time.

9.3 Entries that do not comply with these Terms may be deemed invalid.

10. Publicity

10.1 By entering the Promotion, entrants agree that Perkie may use submitted Find Perkie images for promotional purposes (including website and social media), and may use:

• Their first name;
• Their general location;
• Their submitted image;
• Promotional photographs (if provided)

for marketing, promotional and social media purposes without additional compensation. Perkie may award bonus points for standout captures.

10.2 Entrants may decline publicity requests, however this may affect eligibility if identity verification is required.

11. Nature of Promotion

11.1 The Find Perkie Promotion is a promotional prize draw.

11.2 No purchase is necessary to enter.

11.3 Participation is based on promotional engagement and the use of non-cash promotional reward points.

11.4 Perkie Points do not constitute money, betting credit, or gambling consideration.

11.5 The Promotion is intended to comply with New Zealand promotional and consumer law requirements.

12. Privacy

12.1 Personal information is collected for the purpose of administering the Promotion and the Perkie platform.

12.2 Information will be handled in accordance with Perkie’s Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 Perkie is not responsible for:

• Technical issues affecting participation;
• Lost, delayed or corrupted entries;
• Platform outages or device incompatibility.

13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perkie excludes liability for loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion.

14. Changes and Termination

Perkie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
